Stacy Stinson is a strategic leader and developer of teams who employs a balanced approach to identifying the dynamics that drive teams and the underlying organizational culture that contributes to success and corporate growth through transformation. Stacy has built a high level of credibility with senior level corporate officials and has demonstrated results through identification and measurement of tailored key performance indicators.

Stacy is the Managing Director of St. John & Company, a human capital business that provides guidance on all facets of corporate human resources functions, emphasizing alignment of structure and actions for measureable business outcomes that advance a company’s strategic positioning. Her strategic approach and pragmatic plan designs provide the framework for executive leadership to implement sustainable change and business improvements.

In these days of constant job-hopping, Stacy has had the rare opportunity to contribute to the success of an organization by advancing into higher levels of management during its high growth period and remaining as a top player during the transition into a mature business. Stacy devoted much of her career to one outstanding company – Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. – developing expertise across the functions. At various times in her 25 years with Cracker Barrel, Stacy held key leadership positions in Operations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Training. While she headed up the New Unit Openings function, Stacy was the force behind the successful launching of over 300+ new locations. She presided over increases in sales, profits, and guest satisfaction scores while assisting in the development, testing and implementation of many operational solutions. Her ability to build rapport with others, attention to detail, and decisive nature made her a strong liaison between Operations and other functional areas.

It was through leading her team of internal consultants, opening up locations throughout the United States and training newly hired employees on how to sustain success after the initial excitement wore off that Stacy realized her passion for guiding business growth and development. Her broad range of functional experience has provided the groundwork for a strategic, yet pragmatic, approach to corporate change.
